Payment & Invoicing

  • Besides credit cards, are there other payment methods?

    In addition to credit cards, we currently support two mobile payment options: Line Pay and Apple Pay.

  • Can I pay with a credit card issued outside Taiwan?

    Our service currently does not accept credit cards issued outside Taiwan.

  • How do I change my credit card information?

    You can edit your credit card information at checkout. If you need to change it after payment is complete, please contact customer service for assistance.

  • How do I add a business tax ID (統一編號)?

    At checkout, select 'Company invoice' under 'Invoice information' to enter your company name and business tax ID.

  • How and when will I receive my invoice?

    If you choose to issue an e-invoice, it will be sent to your registered email immediately after successful payment, and you can also download it from your order history.

  • Can an invoice be re-sent?

    Yes. Please contact customer service to confirm your email address, and we will resend the invoice.

  • What should I do if invoice issuance fails?

    If your payment went through but the invoice failed to issue, please contact customer service; the provider will re-issue the invoice and notify you.
